Matkahuolto delivers the package to the Matkahuolto service point of your choice, service points (K-Markets, R-kiosks and many other companies). You will receive a text message or email as soon as the package is available for pick up. The same rates also apply to incoming return shipments.

Mydyslexia is the marketer of products and a supplier of products to the customer. We take care of the statutory and other obligations related to the trade.
Order products by adding them to the cart. Enter the requested contact information and if you want to send a gift, also fill in the contact information of the recipient of the gift. You will be notified when your order has been shipped and picked up. Please pick up your product as soon as possible upon receipt of the notification. Pickup must be made within 14 days of receipt of the notice.
The returned products must be in their original packaging and in good condition for sale. The customer has a 14-day right of return. Returns are made at the customer's expense. If you want to complain or return the product, please contact (email@example.com). If you wish to cancel the transaction, the goods must be returned no later than 14 days after the notice of cancellation is given.
We will refund the amount to the customer once the goods have been returned to us. We will refund payments using the same payment method that the customer has used. There is no cost to the customer for refunding the payment. If the customer wishes, the return can also be made in another way, such as with a gift card
