Payment methods

We offer all the payment methods for Finish banks. You can pay Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbank, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbank payment services.From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely. 

Credit card payments

You can pay by Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard-, Debit MasterCard - and American Express cards. The online store uses international ones Verified by Visa -, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. 

Card payments are made securely with a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in e-commerce systems. 

We also offer Stripe payment methods. 

Mobile payment

Mobile payment method; Pivo, MobilePay and Transfer services that work in the application, with which you can pay for online purchases by bank transfer from your account or by card payment from your card by accepting the payment in that application. Pivo also accepts Transfer payments, so the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Transfer.

Invoice and installment payments

Invoice and installment services: OP and Collector. Collector offers also invoice and installment options for corporate customers.

Please also read the more detailed terms for each finance company that you will see when you accept the payment. By accepting the payment, you are also accepting the terms of the finance company.

Delivery services to service points (Finland)

Matkahuolto delivers the package to the Matkahuolto service point of your choice, service points (K-Markets, R-kiosks and many other companies). You will receive a text message or email as soon as the package is available for pick up. The same rates also apply to incoming return shipments.

Package delivery 7,90 €
Matkahuolto's 1,600 service points.Weight 251g - 10kg. 

Home delivery 12,90 €
Home delivery at the agreed time, price € 12.90. Matkahuolto will deliver your package to the address of your choice on weekdays at the agreed time or from 8 am to 4 pm without prior notice.

We process orders within 5-10 business days of receiving the order

Mydyslexia is the marketer of products and a supplier of products to the customer. We take care of the statutory and other obligations related to the trade.

Order products by adding them to the cart. Enter the requested contact information and if you want to send a gift, also fill in the contact information of the recipient of the gift. You will be notified when your order has been shipped and picked up. Please pick up your product as soon as possible upon receipt of the notification. Pickup must be made within 14 days of receipt of the notice.

Return products

The returned products must be in their original packaging and in good condition for sale. The customer has a 14-day right of return. Returns are made at the customer's expense. If you want to complain or return the product, please contact (info@mydyslexia.fi). If you wish to cancel the transaction, the goods must be returned no later than 14 days after the notice of cancellation is given.

Payment refund

We will refund the amount to the customer once the goods have been returned to us. We will refund payments using the same payment method that the customer has used. There is no cost to the customer for refunding the payment. If the customer wishes, the return can also be made in another way, such as with a gift card

You will be notified when your order has been dispatched and is available for collection. Please pick up your items as soon as possible after receipt of the notification. Pick-up must be made within 7-14 days of receipt of the notification.

RETURN OF GOODS

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. The customer has a 14-day right of return. Returns are at the customer's expense. If you wish to make a complaint or return a product, please contact us (info@mydyslexia.fi). If you wish to cancel the transaction, the goods must be returned within 14 days of the date of the cancellation notice.

REFUND OF PAYMENT
