Return policy and terms of use

WE PROCESS ORDERS WITHIN 5-10 WORKING DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF THE ORDER

Mydyslexia acts as a marketer of products and as a supplier of products to the customer. We take care of the legal and other obligations related to the trade.

Order products by adding them to your shopping cart. Please provide the requested contact details and if you wish to send a gift, please also fill in the contact details of the recipient. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched and is available for collection. Please pick up your items as soon as possible after receipt of the notification. Pick-up must be made within 7-14 days of receipt of the notification.

RETURN OF GOODS

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. The customer has a 14-day right of return. Returns are at the customer's expense. If you wish to make a complaint or return a product, please contact us (info@mydyslexia.fi). If you wish to cancel the transaction, the goods must be returned within 14 days of the date of the cancellation notice.

REFUND OF PAYMENT

We will refund the amount to the customer once the goods have been returned to us.
We will refund payments using the same payment method that the customer has used. There is no cost to the customer for the refund. If the customer wishes, the refund can also be made by other means, such as a gift card.

ORDERS NOT PICKED UP

If the customer does not pick up the package within the time specified in the arrival notification and the order is returned to us, we charge €10 for the return. If the cost of the returned package is greater than the value of the products in the returned package, MyDyslexia will pay the difference. If the costs incurred from the return are lower than the value of the products in the returned package, we will return the difference to the customer. If the customer wants to order the products again, the customer must place a new order.
